The Camel Breeding Centre (Research Unit) is responsible for preparation of plans and programmes for scientific research through the following activities:
- Preparation of plans and programmes, conducting of research and studies on solving problems and improving performance of the Centre, and implementation of approved solutions
- Coordination of function with all divisions of the centre
- Discussion of investigation plans with the concerned sections
- Submission of evaluated investigative results to the concerned authorities
- Discussion with concerned authorities for implementation of the evaluated investigative results, and their publication
- Promotion of results obtained from similar studies performed at other centres
- Computerised recording of all investigative study results
- Implementation of information on studies performed outside the centre
- Benefiting from the professional capabilities of specialists and technicians for performing analytical studies and research
- Creation of goals and prerequisites for analytical and investigative research and study
- Suggestion of plans for participation in conferences, seminars and workshops that for improvement of research projects
