The Camel Breeding Centre (Laboratories Unit) is responsible for various laboratory techniques such as - Haematology, Blood Chemistry, Pathology, Serology, Microbiology and Sterilisation – through the following activities:-
- Participation in developing and implementation of plans and programmes to improve conduct in the Laboratories.
- Supervision of programmes in the various laboratories
- Consulting services and tests to all divisions of the centre
- Computerised recording of lab results for future review
- Participation in research and studies conducted in the centre and on laboratory techniques
- Fulfilment of directives on analyses of samples received from outside the centre
