The Directorate General of Information and Communication Technology is responsible for the development of Information Technology through
- Preparation of work plans and programs
- Conducting of administrative and organizational enquiries
- Providing of Information Technology and Communications related services e.g., provision of equipment, development of applications, development of tools and mechanisms that enhance efficiency at Royal Court Affairs in achieving targets,
- Development of projects
- Simplification of procedures
- Forming budgets according to approved directives
